An initial 2 hour Project Briefing consultation for Ongoing Design Services is required to kick start your kitchen, laundry or bathroom project. Every project is different, and this stage allows us to establish your project brief, timelines and budget. At this initial meeting, I can bring various samples relevant to your project, to establish an understanding of the types of materials available, the level of quality, and look & feel you desire. We’ll review your completed questionnaire & establish an outline of the project. I can assess the existing conditions of the space, do a check measure, and review any existing special pieces you’d like to keep, and discuss any functional requirements. The initial consultation for design advice can help you get focussed with establishing a plan for the room.
From this appointment I can then form a scope of works & prepare a fee proposal for us to complete your project.
This initial project briefing is $570 + GST. A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable up front to secure a booking, as I’ll need to prepare, order samples & brochures relevant to your project. I’ll email you a questionnaire to fill out, and will request photos of your existing room, plans of your house, and any inspirational photos you may have collected, so that I can review this relevant information prior to the consultation. This information must be supplied a minimum of 7 working days in advance.
