Our Approach

We produce the design, renderings and construction documentation for your project in-house. This is unlike many other small design studios which commonly sub-contract the critical documentation and rendering services, leading to higher design services costs, a “too many cooks” scenario and longer project time lines.

This is a One-on-one service; you will work directly with Lisa Elliott, who is actively involved in all stages of your project from the initial meeting, to design & documentation, as well as your design liaison during construction.

Your project will be designed and documented in Revit, which is our primary 3D BIM documentation computer aided design program, from concept to completion to provide three dimensional views, walkthroughs, integrated scheduling & detailed documentation. The benefit to you is a highly streamlined process and confidence at all stages that you will love the end design.

This unique process ensures continuity throughout the whole project.
