Tiernan Parsons accountants (now Cadence) were moving to a similar small tenancy of 270 square metres with 16 staff. Careful planning was needed to accomodate staff workstations in an open plan environment with views of the city, as well as front-of-house formal reception , waiting and meeting facilities. Staff previously occupied traditional L-shape workstations with high screens, and were moving to a straight workstation system with less compartmentalisation. A design sensitivity to this change of environment and way of working for staff was needed during the design process. Personal space and storage were considered, with flexibility for staff to make the desk-space suit their personal needs. The narrow Reception area is accessed from the end of a long narrow lift lobby; branding was enlarged to create a eye-catching painted feature wall and signage.

“Lisa came highly recommended by our builders….We found Lisa to be responsive to our initial ideas and requests and offered valuable advise on layout, furnishings & finishes, and provided optional selections for furnishings. Designed within our budget, delivering a creative design which is entirely individual and tailored specifically to our corporate identity. Maintained established deadlines. I’m pleased to say that our builders were right from the beginning, I also highly recommend Lisa’s services.”
